Senior Account Director/Business Development
Select-A-Branch, based in King of Prussia Pennsylvania, is a well funded, fast growing company focused on the high end ATM (automated teller machine) marketplace. We have a patented technology and business process that enables us to present a unique offering to customers. The company has prestigious locations throughout Pennsylvania and New York City with very aggressive expansion plans for the East Coast.
We are looking to hire two senior level account directors to manage our relationships with strategic partners and clients with an emphasis on account service, quality and growth.
To be successful you must possess superior people and organizational skills and have a proven track record managing and growing client relationships. Excellent verbal and writing skills are a prerequisite and an ability to work with client sales and marketing teams will prove invaluable to your career. You must have a college or university degree and be willing to travel to client locations.
A background in financial services or consulting would be beneficial.
Your most important attribute however, will be an ability to work with a small, tightly knit team with a can-do attitude. In return, you will be joining our company at the beginning of a very exciting new business launch where your experience and thinking will be valued as we grow and evolve the business.
You will report directly to the COO and your compensation will include a generous base salary with an annual bonus measured on client satisfaction, revenue growth and specific quality metrics. We offer a complete healthcare package and two weeks vacation.
